Does efile include individual 1099 MISC forms or does it send only the total? Will IRS know that I reported from all the 1099 MISC forms in the total included in Sch C?

Yes, the IRS does have a matching program to ensure that all 1099 income reported under your social security number has been reported on your income tax return.
