 If you don't see Tax Tools, scroll to the bottom of the Home page, click Add a State(you're not actually adding a state, this just gets you into the right menu)  and then over to the left you should see Tax Tools.

Great answer.  Seems like such a lame way to build software.   Oh well, it works!

Log back into TurboTax and select any input section.  You will then be able to access your toolbar.

  1. Go into the black panel on the left and select Tax Tools. 
  2. Then select Tools beneath Tax Tools.
