I can't submit neither Federal nor State.

Click on Review. The forms or schedules included in your tax return which have yet to be finalized for tax year 2020 will be listed along with the dates available.

Thank you very much for the reply. It looks like it will be ready on 2/18. Isn't that too late to close my taxes?
