Does anyone know how to post a payment for previous year that I have to mail to IRS?

I need to pay Turbo tax to be able to print and mail ! Anyone ?

Does anyone know how to post a payment for previous year that I have to mail to IRS?

Post what payment?   A payment you made to the IRS is not deductible.   If you need to mail a payment to the IRS:
