Doubtful, but you can contact TurboTax support if any of those chats can be accessed.

Support is open from 5am to 5pm Pacific time, Monday thru Friday.

There is no record of your live chats that you can access.  You could call support and ask if there are notes on the transaction that could be shared with you.
