Do you guy at turbo tax have another number to check your cards ? Because that number saying call back later ! This is the first day supposed to get our refunds and now that number wont work !! ??

This may be due to the high call volume.  Until you can connect with a live person, you have the option of using your mobile phone:  https://www.turboprepaidcard.com/help-faq-s#accountinfo or downloading the app:  https://www.turboprepaidcard.com/help-faq-s#mobileapp to do things such as check your account balance and transaction history.
