If you were married on December 31 you file your tax return as married. It doesn't matter how long you were married. When TurboTax asks your marital status you select Married. Your choices for filing status will be married filing jointly or married filing separately.

When did you get married?  Did you get married in 2022?  Your filing status goes by December 31, 2022.  Even if you got married on Dec 31 you file married joint or Married filing Separate.
