Do we file jointly on the same document or do we file joint on separate documents

When filing jointly, do we file together under one account or do we select file jointly, but file our documents separately?

I'm at the point on my taxes where it is asking for my husband's W2 info.  I'm not sure if I need to input that information if we file jointly but on separate documents.

When you file as married filing jointly you report both yours and your spouses' information on one account and one return, so you would enter your husband's W-2 as well.
