I am having the same issue. Nothing in line 11 and I deleted the form and retried. Still wants me to upgrade.

I am also having the same issue as ktjossem.  No ABP, nothing in box 11 just 1 & 3 and it's trying to get me to upgrade.

DO NOT use the "Import" function.  I had a couple 1099-DIV that I imported and when I tried to submit, it gave me the the thing where it said I had to pay for Deluxe.  I deleted the forms, and input the form by HAND... and now it's letting me submit for free.

^^^This. Delete all 1099-INT and 1099-DIV that you may have imported and do them all manually. I've had this problem for 2 years in a row now but this has worked both times.
