Yes---even if your check was seized for child support you still have to enter that you received the EIP.    The purpose of entering the amounts received is so the IRS will know to issue the recovery rebate credit to people who did not receive the stimulus money.  You cannot get the recovery rebate credit for that check which was taken for child support, so you have to enter that you received it.
