Solved: Do I qualify for an extension?

My method of payment is not available now because of insufficient funds. Do you have a solution so that I can file on time? Or can I get an extension?

You should file for an extension, although you still must pay any tax due by April 18th, 2017. The extension is only for filing your documents/return, but not for paying.
