Do I need to put my P.O. Box instead of my street address

Where it says cardhold details it’s showing my street address not my pro box is that why I haven’t gotten my refund in my bank account?

No.  Your cardholder information will not affect your tax refund status.  If you would like to find an update on your return processing, try the IRS "Where's My Refund?" page.  If it has been more than 21 days since your return was accepted you could also call 800-829-1040.
