Do I need to mail my Illinois tax return if I'm a first time filer? Turbo tax tool says my electronic submission has been accepted, but I've heard you have to mail it too

Turbo tax tool did mention that since its the first time, the refund will come in the mail. I just need some kind of clarification, the tool shows its been already accepted, but i want to know if i need to also mail my form.

You can e-file your first Illinois tax return if you have a valid Illinois drivers license or Illinois state identification card, an SSN or ITIN, and a valid e-mail address.
