Do I need to file tax return ?

divorced and I have received property equalized payment out of refinanced house in 2016. I don't have a job or/and no income. Do I have to file ?

The Income that you received on the sale of an Asset consequential to the divorce is not Taxable. Besides this, if you do not meet the Income Thresholds per the IRS, you do not have to file.
