Do I need to file as a part-year resident or full if I moved out of state for six months?

I lived in Ohio from 1/1/18 to 5/31/18 moved to Florida from 6/1/18/ to 11/8/18 then moved back to Ohio 11/9/18 and still live there. When I moved to Florida I got a Florida ID because I was not planning on moving back to Ohio. Would I still be a full or part-time resident of  Ohio?

Did you actually move to Florida in June, or did you go there temporarily while maintaining your home in OH?

If you actually moved, you're a part-year OH resident.

If you went to FL temporarily while keeping your home in OH, you're a full-year OH resident.

You'll find the detailed Ohio residency rules here:
