I need to file form 5045 for the Homebuyer credit repayment. Do I need the Deluxe version of TurboTax to do so?

Yes, you will need TurboTax Deluxe or higher to enter this information. 

From the TurboTax FAQ: When you enter your homebuyer credit information, we'll automatically generate this form. To get to that section, search for “homebuyer credit” in TurboTax, and then click the "Jump to" link in the search results.
