Do I input the TIN number that is on my DoorDash 1099-NEC in the EIN box when filling out my refund? Bc it does not give an option for the TIN, it only shows EIN.

Yes, enter the number in the "Payer TIN" box into the Payer's EIN box in TurboTax. "TIN" means taxpayer identification number.
