Do I have to file a city of Detroit tax return if I live in Detroit, but work outside of Detroit?

I live in Detroit, but I've worked in Grosse Pointe, Redford and Hamtramck. No city taxes were deducted from my pay. Not sure If I have to file a tax return for each city I've worked in.

If you are a resident of the City of Detroit, all of your income is taxable regardless of where it was earned. http://www.detroitmi.gov/incometax
