Do I have to file a 1095A with void checked on the top of the form?

It was a fraud to marketplace under my name. They have investigated and sent me another 1095A form with void checked. Do I have to file it?

No, you do not have to file a 1095-A that is marked VOID. It has been cancelled with the IRS.
