Do I have to enter info from a 1099-k from Paypal for payment received for participating in online surveys. The amount shown in both box 1a and 1b is 1159.48?

Not necessarily.  If you have already reported this income elsewhere you do not need to report it again.  You just need to make sure you reported your self-employment or hobby income to be at least this much.
