Do I enter local taxes I paid directly in the estimated local tax section of TurboTax?

Yes; you can report your local taxes (that you paid directly - not through your employer/W-2) in the Federal section of TurboTax, then go to:

> Deductions and Credits >>

> Estimates and Other Taxes Paid >>

> Estimates >>

> Local estimated taxes for 2024.
