Yes, you should answer yes if you have made direct sales of product of $5,000 or more. Then continue to enter your business income (if there is more from other sources) and business expenses.  

1. Sign into your TurboTax return to enter your 1099-K (unless you've already done that part).
2. Search (upper right) > Type schedule c > Click the Jump to... link to begin the rest of your self employment activity
