Do delay mean it's been process already
If my refund date is by March 15 will the delay set bk my refund
If the IRS website is showing you a date of March 15th, then that means you have been processed and approved for a refund and that is the date that they will issue your refund to whichever method you chose, like direct deposit or paper check.
