Received end of year bonus- are there any addition deductions?

No. A bonus is not overtime. Your bonus will be on your W-2 in box 1. The software will reconcile whether you owe tax or get a refund based on the amount in box 2 that shows how much tax was withheld from all of your income including the bonus.
