Divorce Final 1/5/21

You file your taxes based on your status as of 12/31.  So, if you were divorced on 1/5/21 and did not remarry before 12/31 then you file as Single or Head of Household, whichever is more appropriate for you.

You file your taxes based on your status as of 12/31.  So, if you were divorced on 1/5/21 and did not remarry before 12/31 then you file as Single or Head of Household, whichever is more appropriate for you.
