Discount not given. How can I get a refund of money charged?

I have waited for a callback, When it gets to the step"Almost Done", it remains stuck.   I tried calling and cannot get thru the phone tree.  It sure makes me concerned about the contact as if I had a real problem with my taxes. If they are so hard to reach now, what would it be like if I had a serious filing problem. Makes me consider this for recommendations and future use

What discount?  The early discounted prices ended on Feb 28.  On March 1 they increased to full price.  You could have paid the lower price early to lock it in.  They sent out emails warning of the price increase.   And a state return is now 39.99 up from 36.99.

I had an email from a referral saying I would get 20% off. I paid the same as the person that referred me.

In order to get your partner discount, make sure to prepare your taxes at the special TurboTax site provided by your bank, credit union, or insurance company – not at TurboTax.com, which charges the non-affiliate price.
