I am extremely disappointed with Turbo Tax on not being able to resolve the download issue with Fidelity & Schwab.  It's been over 2 weeks since I first posted on this issue, which was subsequent to two very long calls with the Turbo Tax support team.  I know others have encountered this same issue.

If Turbo Tax can't run on a Microsoft Surface machine, or if you don't care to support it, I'd appreciate just telling me.  After years of utilizing Turbo Tax, I have now encountered problems in back-to-back years.  It looks like for my 2023 returns I'll be evaluating the H&R Block online tool that now accepts prior year downloads from TurboTax.

Have you tried a different browser like Edge or Firefox? Go to browser settings & disable pop-up blockers. Please try to follow the workaround offered in this thread here for importing Fidelity.

Yes I have.  There is no excuse for Turbo Tax on a fundamental operation for the “Premier” edition which has turned out to be not so Premier.
