It says my returns were accepted and it has been almost 21 days. But I don't see it in my bank account so I don't know what going on.

We don't know what the "it" is that you're referring to.  And we don't know how you're using the term "accepted."  If you efiled, then an "accepted"  status received at 24-48 hours after efiling meant the efile met all the criteria so that the IRS could begin processing it.   When they finish processing it, if they then approve a refund, they will say it was sent.
