Direct deposit after extension

I filed an extension for my 2021 return. Now I'm ready to e-file but I noticed I can't add my direct deposit information. Does that mean I will get my refund with a check?

contact support. an extension does not bar a direct deposit of a refund.

Did you start an amendment by accident when you continued the return after an extension ???   Save a PDF of the return ... do you have a 1040X in the mix ? 

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen.  Then click on Print Center.  Then click on Print, save or preview this year's return.
