Why am i unable to efile my state tax keeps going back to check this entry on sch PTFC/STFC heat utilities ect. You must enter a number greater than 0?

Every number i enter doesnt work and goes back to the same thing

Did you need this form?  If so, it may be an issue with your browser.  Log off, clear your browser cache, use another browser or another device.
