Is the 3rd stimulus gonna be a mess like the 2nd if they go off of the 2019 taxes and fees were taken out? They won't be going off 2020 as they didn't have that info until after they started deposits

The third stimulus check is based upon your most recent filed tax return - 2019 or 2020.
