Hello, I am typing this out after I have received my tax returns. I had received a letter 6475 in mid-February saying I was issued the full 1,400. Yet I have not found it anywhere in all of my bank account statements and even when I filed I had put it on there I had not received the amount on TurboTax, it said I would receive it, yet I did not. On the IRS website when I look at the Tax Records tab on the side of EIP, it still shows $1400 on there, and on the other side where it shows how much I had received from 2021 payments, it shows $0.00. I've been scouring the internet looking for how to still receive the money yet, I'm lost. I've read through several of the IRS websites and they all say it should have come in my 2021 tax returns yet it did not, where do I go from here?

Did you claim the $1400 recovery rebate on your tax return and then the IRS adjusted your return because they already sent the check? If so, you will need to put a trace on that stimulus payment. You can do this from your IRS account.
Payment Issued but Lost, Stolen, Destroyed or Not Received Mail or fax a completed Form 3911, Taxpayer Statement Regarding Refund
Yes, I did claim the $1400 recovery rebate on my tax return and IRS had adjusted the return to what it would've been without the EIP. I have been looking to put a trace but from what I've seen they will respond in about 6 weeks which is past the deadline for tax returns. In this case, would I have to ask for an extension?
Since you have already filed your tax return and received the refund, there is no need to worry about the filing deadline and no need to file an extension. You should file the trace and then wait for the response. At this point, this is the only way you are going to figure this out.
Have you looked through your bank account during the period of February and March 2021?
