I was billed in November for my annual renewal of Turbo Tax Advantage with the option to have the CD mailed to me. I have just discovered that I never received the CD. When I get online to try to download the program, it requires the activation code which I don't have since I did not receive the CD.
Can Turbo tax make the program available to me to download since I did not receive the CD?

I called about 2 weeks ago and spoke to Tish(?). She stated that I would receive CD in3 to 5 business days. I only received an email which allows me to download state (VA). I still desire to receive CD! I have been on automatic renewal for over 10 years. I need CD ASAP

You don't need that useless piece of plastic if you can download the program instead ...
If you ordered TurboTax on a CD, you can also get the downloadable version after it releases in early November. To access, sign in to your TurboTax Advantage account and select Downloads.
Go into your Advantage account and click the link so that the license code is copied to your clipboard… then scroll to the very bottom of the page.....you should see a comment that you can download your software by clicking THAT link there.
