Yes, it never came, they stated i wouldnt get one then.

Is the "employer" claiming you are an independent contractor?

You are talking about your Tax Year 2015, aren't you?  2016 W-2's not available until January, 2017.

First you had to try to get the W-2 ... then report your efforts to the IRS using your last pay stub ... and then use the substitute W-2 form 4852 to mail in a tax return. See the FAQs below for instructions....

You could also get a wage transcript from the IRS if you don't have your last pay stub ...
