Did not authorize transfer fee of $29.99 from Federal return to state and was charged for it at the end. Is it possible to bypass this option and go back and input state data without the costly transfer?

Hi,

 Charge is for State Tax preparation. It has got nothing to do with data transfer from Fed to state.
