Did [my wife name]'s High Deductible Health Plan Coverage lapse in 2024 due to disability?

My wife has always been under my health insurance plan with no lapse at any time. But the TurboTax keep asking about "What type of High Deductible Health Plan did [My wife name] have on December 2023? If I answer Family, then I get the lapse question on the next page " Did [my wife name]'s High Deductible Health Plan Coverage lapse in 2024 due to disability?
I redone this section many times but keep getting the same lapse question.

My question is what should I answer to the initial question (in the following screenshot) on HSA?
My wife is under my plan, but doesn't have her own HSA account. I believe I should answer None for my wife. But If I answer None I keep ending up in the lapse question for her. But If I select HSA for her in the following page, it seem to work, but this answer doesn't seem to be correct as she never have an HSA account of her own!

Can someone please help?

Since you are the only one with the Health Savings Account (HSA), you would only check HSA under your name.

Then, when answering the question about what kind of coverage your wife had, you should answer None because she is covered under your plan and does not have coverage in her own name.  Answering None should not give you the 'lapse in coverage' error.
