Did Intuit/Turbo Tax somehow disable the product keys for 2019 Turbo Tax Premier?

I purchased Turbo Tax Premier for 2019 from an authorized seller who provided the Product Key. I tried to open the program recently, but the product key is consistently rejected. Is there a work around?

Sorry----the license key for 2019 will no longer work.  TurboTax no longer supports nor provides updates for 2019 software.    Not sure what you are trying to do with 2019--you have not mentioned.   It is too late to get a refund for a 2019 return.   Any refund has been forfeited.   If you owe tax due for 2019, it is still owed with late penalties and interest.   You can seek local paid tax help, or use paper forms to prepare by hand and mail in to the IRS.
