Desktop update is stuck?

Anyone having trouble updating the Windows Desktop program?  I have Home & Business on win 10.  It has been stuck at installing 30% for a long time.   Is it a big update?  I might not have updated for awhile.  How long do I wait?

Finally got the dreaded error 1603.  Trying the manual update.  Not looking good.  Bar is not moving.

I know you know but WIN had a OS update this week ... make sure your OS is fully updated and reboot a couple of times 😉

Premier:

My W10 Desktop took a painful 20 min or so...progress bar looked like it was stuck...but wasn't. Just took forever.

My W10 Surface laptop took 5 min at most.

My desktop has a ton of other programs on it, while my laptop is fairly clear of added programs.

Don't know why they would be so different otherwise.

Yes I paused my Anti-Virus.  I updated Windows .  It had a NETframework update and another one.  I think I got Windows updated.  The TT manual update now says Applied Sucessfully but I'm not sure.  When I start TT I check for updates and it says there is an update but it bombs out with 1603.  I did the manual patch again and it says applied sucessfully.  What version should it say under Help?  I always forget which tab and item shows it?  Under Version or Component.   I've got .exe is 2021.47.12.68

Am I up to date?
