I have two jobs and fully support myself. 
I also don’t have a place to stay right now. 
I pay my stuff fully and spend more than half of my salary staying in places and food etc. 

can I put myself as a dependent ?

You can never be your own dependent but you do get a standard deduction of $12,550 on your 2021 return.  You may also get earned income credit if otherwise qualified.

If you cannot be claimed as someone else's dependent then on your own tax return you will make sure to say that you cannot be claimed by anyone as a dependent.   Is there someone who is going to try to claim you as a dependent?
