My daughter sustained serious concussion last year. Therefore, is living at home w me doing online college part-time this year as she has many dr appts. She is 20 years old & lives with me. Has a part time job with earnings under $8,000. Can I claim her has a dependent?

No.   If she is 20, not a full-time student and had over $4300 of income you cannot claim her as a dependent.  She can file her own return and get a refund for any tax withheld and she is eligible to claim the stimulus checks on her own return under the recovery rebate credit.
