I read that I can't add my daughters W2 to this return, correct?
After I'm done with mine, I should have her file her own tax return indicating I'm claiming her?

Yes. That is how she'll need to file. The two dependency questions will be, at the beginning of her tax return. Please view my screenshots below for reference.
