Deluxe version crashes

This deluxe version keeps crashing over and over again. I've tried all of the suggestions to no avail. Error code7001 (or 70001 I can't remember.  I either need someone to help me to get this resolved or I want my money back!

I had the same issue but I narrowed it down to one program that was the culprit...Spybot Antivirus. It installs 3 services in your startup config. Disable all or uninstall the program. If you don't have Spybot and want to troubleshoot yourself, run msconfig, go to the services tab and uncheck any sketchy programs and see if that makes a difference.
