Here's a link to fix this error from Microsoft. 

If that doesn't resolved your issue, Contact TurboTax Support for a download.

You need to install the x86 version of the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable package that the TurboTax developers forgot to include in the TurboTax installation software.

True. Until I installed BOTH the x86 and x64 versions of MS Visual C++ Turbo tax couldn't be installed!
