what you are referring to? the vouchers for 2026 that Turbotax generates (ignore), or your entries for estimated taxes for 2025?

Your 2025 estimated payments: Return to where you entered them and delete them. See Where do I enter my estimated tax payments?

Your 2026 vouchers are in the program; but, not part of your return. The IRS prefers you pay online at Payments
