Delete button does not work after entering a dividend

I have a duplicate dividend entry and I tried the delete button next to the edit. The entire investment area gets grey and nothing is deleted. Is there another way to delete the line item?

Yes, you can delete the actual form.

On the menu in the sidebar on the left.

Select Tax Tools

• Tip: You may have to minimize tabs for both Federal & State

1. On the drop-down select Tools
2. On the Pop-Up menu select Delete a Form
3. This will give you all of the forms in your return
4. Scroll down to the form you want to delete
5. Select the Form 1099-DIV that you want to clear
6. Click on Delete.
