Delete and start over

I have paid for the turbotax online version I am working with, I have NOT filed my Federal return [I do not have a state return], how do I clear the data in TT 2024 and start over ?

If you have not paid for the online edition you are using, have not filed your tax return or registered the Free edition, then you can clear your return and start over. Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the program screen while working on the 2024 online tax return. Click on Clear & Start Over.

Thank you for the reply, however, I do not have the Tax Tools on the left side of the program screen.

The options under TOOLS can be blocked behind the left side-bar. Slide the scroll bar next to it.

I do not have a Tax Tools item on the left of my application window.

You must be signed onto your 2024 account and then you have to be accessing the 2024 online tax return and be in one of the section of the TurboTax program for the return, such as Personal Info, Wages & Income, Deductions & Credits, etc. for the links on the left side of the screen to be available.
