Deduct TurboTax Self-Employed?

Yes!  It qualifies as a business expense since you are paying to get your business taxes completed.  It counts as an expense on your taxes in the year you paid it not the year you're filing for.

So, for example, the fee you pay in 2022 to file your 2021 tax returns will be an expense (and deducted from income) on your 2022 tax return.
