I have Turbo Tax Deluxe.  Can I efile with Deluxe - must include a Form 1310.  Box C.?

Sorry for your loss. 

If Box A or B on Form 1310 don't apply, use Box C.

Form 1310 must be mailed in, either with the decedent's tax return, or you can efile and mail the form separately.
