Deceased tax filing

Who's information do I use when e-filing for my deceased brother.  It asks for drivers license information.  Do I use his info or mine?  His refund will be deposited into my account.  Thank you.

Deceased tax filing

You will use your brother's driver's license.  When filing for a deceased individual and a refund is due, TurboTax provides this information, "If a refund is due, there's one more step. You should also complete and file with the final return a copy of Form 1310, Statement of Person Claiming Refund Due a Deceased Taxpayer. "  We are sorry for your loss.
