DC Tax form

On the DC tax form D-40 Wkt (DC Miscellaneous Worksheets), line J allows you to enter (Enter $200,000 ($100,000 if married filing separately). Using turbo tax, it the $100,000 only apply when you file "Filing Separately". If you file "Filing Separately on the Same Return, $200,000 is apply which makes sense. However my CPA tells me that I should apply $100,000 for both "Filing Separately" and "Filing Separately on the Same Return". Who is correct!
